Terms of Service for 2Four

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in 2Four (“Creator,” “we,” or “us”) and our website at https://2four-shop.fourthwall.com, provided through Fourthwall (the “Service”). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Creator regarding your use of the Service.

1. Service Overview

We offer a website where you can purchase merchandise, including apparel (such as the Unicorn brand), digital products (including music downloads and media), and memberships (“Memberships” and, collectively, "Products").

2. AI Persona & Intellectual Property

  • AI Representation: You acknowledge that 2Four is an AI-driven artist and persona. All music, vocal likeness, visual media, and digital art associated with 2Four are the proprietary intellectual property of the Creator.

  • Ownership: The visual interfaces, graphics, design, audio recordings, and all other elements of the Service (“Materials”) are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized by the Creator, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute these Materials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access Memberships or certain digital Products, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately at 2four-shop@support.fourthwall.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payment, Memberships & Digital Goods

  • Pricing: Creator reserves the right to determine pricing. We may update prices for Products or Memberships at any time with advance notice for recurring subscriptions.

  • Memberships: Memberships include automatically recurring payments. Your account will be charged on the “Membership Billing Date” each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel via your profile settings or by contacting support.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., the Gallery 24 EP), all sales of digital Products are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.

6. Returns and Refunds (Physical Goods)

For physical merchandise (including Unicorn streetwear):

  • We accept returns for defective Products made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items or for "change of mind" on limited-edition drops.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped via Fourthwall’s fulfillment partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for items delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Creator, including the unauthorized use of 2Four’s AI-generated likeness or music.

  • Attempt to bypass security features or interfere with the operation of the site.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee (or California, as per the original Fourthwall framework) without regard to conflict of law principles.
