Returns & FAQ

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at 2four-shop@support.fourthwall.com.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Digital Products & Memberships

Digital Downloads (EPs, Singles, Art) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products—including the "Gallery 24" EP and other downloadable media—are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed.

Memberships Membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time through your profile settings to prevent future billings, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of an active month.

Cancellations

Product Orders (Unicorn Streetwear & Merch) All of our physical products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Once an order is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Donations, Tips, and Locked Messages Please note that donations, tips, and locked messages are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout, the transaction is final.

Damaged / Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Email these details to 2four-shop@support.fourthwall.com.

Refund Processing

  • PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours of approval.

  • Credit Card: Refunds will show in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your institution.

International Orders

International orders (outside the US) may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges. These are determined by your local government, and we cannot calculate them in advance. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees.

Merchant of Record

Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns.
